This idea was to promote Independent Bands and help them get their name out and build a fanbase. Heath and Drew formed B Team Records/Promotions . This was the first step in the creation of B Team Internet Radio. In the summer of 2009, Heath decided he would record a radio show and send it to his radio inspiration, Thomas Miller. He thought, "This guy is promoting unsigned bands...like I want to...I could promote some too." Heath and Thomas already a good friendship beginning, so Heath thought "Why Not?" The show was sent in late one night. Thomas loved the show...in result, Heath got an hour slot right behind Thomas' show. This is the birth of B Team Internet Radio.
